Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GetPageSpeed LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of CariBule (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is intended for adults seeking dating connections. You may not use the Service if you are listed on a national sex-offender registry, are barred from using interactive computer services by court order, or are accessing from a jurisdiction in which dating platforms are unlawful.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, the security of your password, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] should you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Conduct

The Service exists to help adults meet. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, defame, or sexually exploit any other user;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or use someone else's photos;
• solicit money, escort services, or any commercial transaction;
• upload sexually explicit material involving minors or non-consenting adults;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or republish profile content;
• interfere with the Service, bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.

Do not publish nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence in public profiles or photos.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Profiles and content

Some profiles displayed on the Service may have been created from publicly available information about prospective members and have not yet been claimed by the person depicted. If you are depicted on an unclaimed profile and want it removed, see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. You can request removal at any time.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos and text. By uploading you grant GetPageSpeed LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. After account deletion this licence continues only for shared conversation history and the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing

The Service is currently free. No subscription, credit purchase or checkout is offered.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, defrauded another user, or created legal risk for the Service. On termination we delete or anonymise your personal data within the timeframe described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that any other user is who they claim to be, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not perform criminal background checks on users. Meeting people from the internet carries real-world risk; you are responsible for your own safety.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GetPageSpeed LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetPageSpeed LLC and its operators against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you submit or conduct that breaches these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.
